Me and my friend was waiting to go on the London Eye we where so excited when we got on the London Eye we where surprised how much stuff we could see in the distance it was amazing we loved that we could see for miles we really enjoyed it and we would like to do it again soon.

Yes, the London Eye is fully accessible and we welcome guests with all accessible needs. Due to health and safety we are only permitted to allow entry to two wheelchair users per pod and eight on The London Eye at any one time. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking a wheelchair slot in advance.
Is the London Eye suitable for pregnant guests?
Absolutely! The London Eye warmly welcomes pregnant guests. Our pods provide comfortable seating, and toilet facilities are conveniently located near the ticket office. The rotation lasts 30 minutes.
Can I bring a pushchair or buggy to the London Eye?
Yes. Customers can bring a pushchair or buggy with them onto one of the pods of the London Eye. It needs to be fully folded / closed before joining the boarding queue, remain closed throughout the experience including at the entrance and exit ramps, until after guests have exited the attraction. There are also left luggage facilities in the ticket hall where you can leave your buggy or pushchair for free showing your London Eye ticket. It will have to be collected by 7pm.
Are there any toilet facilities at the London Eye?
Toilets are located in the ticket office at the London Eye by the VIP desk. Customers will find male, female toilets downstairs, and accessible toilet, and baby changing facilities at ground level.
Is there a gift shop at the London Eye?
The London Eye gift shop is located at the exit of the attraction. It offers a wide range of London Eye related souvenirs, merchandise, including photo packages, to help you remember the memorable experience.
